I'm in that war myself Carlos! I win the battle each Summer and Spring, but lose the Winter and Autumn campaigns!

This year I have a plan. I will walk each morning until the cold keeps me in bed in the mornings. Then I will join a gym on a six month deal to get me through the colder, fat gaining months! There's a couple pretty close to home so that's all good!

Part two of the plan involves cutting food intake. Not drastically, but simply eating less each night until I'm used to smaller portions as standard!

If I don't do both, the weight will simply return as it usually does!

We'll see how it pans out!

GK, I just walk bout 30 mins and sweat like crazy . . . in 3 weeks I can shed 10kg/22lbs
