When the food consumption machine never stops, it is hard to keep track of which cycle it is really in. ;D

Meals schedule:

Breakfast 0415h
Mid morn snack, after PT
Lunch 1200h
Mid afternoon snack 1530h
Dinner 1830h

No more before bed snack o double morning or afternoon snacks . . .  No lb of spaghetti per meal . .. have cut rations in about a third . . .

Lunchning.

Smoked ham and provolone sandwich.  Pulled some weeds and worked on the pond.  Sprayed a lot of Roundup too.  Weeds along the edges had gotten a little bad.

Your caloric and carb intake used to be what 6 or 7 people eat. [laugh] I've done the same and packed the weight on really quickly. It's the way 'they' want us to eat.

Know a good alternative?  I'm not opposed to other stuff.  I've got this weed that is impossible to deal with that I've been using it on.  It's a broad leafed runner that takes over the world around here.
