Save one of those little rubber bands they put on broccoli. Works great for the growler caps!

Thanks for that suggestion but I do have a big band like that for such emergencies..  Still doesn't work on this thing.

Small weak hands and too tight and wide of a lid.   Sigh.

But it's just a petty annoyance.

Kinda defeats the purpose of no drinking & driving.

It's a delish saison from Twisted Pine.  As it would've been perfect last night when I got home with it, I'm sure it would've been a perfect refreshment post 2-1/2 hour mtn bike ride.
