Swapped a 45 minute morning walk with the pup and in his absence, got a 30 minutes workout in.  Gawd that was hard.   [laugh]   Must stop stress eating and put the fork down.

So the real estate market has been stupid for many years.  More so in past year.   Everywhere.  And I am equally as stupid by putting an offer in on a house followed by actually going to look at it.    ;D

Offer accepted prior to me seeing in person that every square inch (vs every square foot as the photos depicted) needs updating.  Fortunately, it appears that that's all:  updates vs repairs.   Inspection on Tuesday will confirm.


It'll be fine.  I'll be fine.  We'll all be fine.    [laugh]
