Evening.  My largest time/$ contract saw my boss resign her post last week.  She was my most fervent supporter.

Had a meet/greet with her replacement today and he's even more GUNG-HO about keeping me.  He wants to forego the remainder of my 6-mo. contract, draft a 1-year contract and hinted at more $$$.   [popcorn] [bacon]

Finished four projects today for the other contractor.  Now onto the two waiting for me at my big contract.

Visa should take 6-7 weeks…. Tick Tock…

I don't have to go to the DMV when I buy a car. Everything gets done at town hall. ???

I suppose not every town is also a registration station. We'll talk via pm...this could get political. :P

Morning all. I hope everyone and their pets survives the BOOM BANG BOOM that is the extended 4th celebration. My dog will be glad when it is all over.

I have not had popcorn in a week  :'( :'( :'(

My house guests would not approve.

Yes! I love my friends, but it is time for them go. They have been here over a week. Due to the heat, their plans changed and instead of camping in the middle of their stay, they have been here the whole time. They are supposed to go to Quincy, WA today. Leah does not want to go. Dave wants to see his family.  DRAMA.  They have argued all week.

I live in a small space, maybe 650 sf? One small bathroom. It's a little tight with 3 adults and 2 dogs.

Stella should come back. She was a perfect quest!

Happy Friday!

Scheduled day off, and holiday on Monday.  [thumbsup]

Ran a lot of errands today.  Was not expecting as much assembly required on my new hitch mounted bike rack.  But just thankful I was finally able to obtain the one I wanted (supply chain issues).

Who knows what tomorrow will bring.
