No more Salt Mine until almost February

...but I'll be busy anyway.

Kids to take to cricket matches..... and a couple of days at the Aus Open tennis  :)

Weeds to spray, chook shed to pretty-up, trees to fell (I deny that), bathroom needs some renovations....

Someone sent me a recipe for bacon jam. 

I made it yesterday.  Doubled the recipe.  I officially hate this Minion of Martha Stewart. 

It is so yummy, I want to eat ALL of it!  [drool] [bang]

Something like three pounds of bacon, maple syrup, brown sugar, etc...  [bow_down]
