Welcome, btw, how's the wrist doing?

Not sure. I can't get in for the MRI until the 20th of this month.  The results of that test will determine if surgery is on the table or not.

How's the training coming and when's the race?

Training is.....ok.  Swimming needs the most work which just last week I've increased to at least 2x/week. Going to push for 3x.

Running may be my demise.  Next week I start PT for old people's disease:  bursitis in the hip.  1x/week for 6 weeks. "Totally curable."  The deformed femur head though could be an issue.  That's a "wait and see and tolerate what you can for now" thing.   

But have my plane ticket and room squared away for the April 1st event.  I'll be there (KONA!) for sure!

I don't ever request any friends, if someone sends me a request and I know who they are (takes me sometimes a few weeks to remember who people are) then I usually say yes

as for whomever you're speaking of, are you certain they aren't a cheap impostor? Does the 'stache look real on them? Does the grumpy attitude not seemed forced? Does your monitor smell of vodka when you view their profile?
