Just one more hour! I hit the wall at 0400.  Sleep is what I need, day time or not.  And you are right, it is harder to sleep during the day even when the sun is not shining.

Snowing again. I know the rest of the US thinks Seattle is one big snow wimp, but remember, 2 inches here is bad. Looks like my part of downtown got 5 inches. We have hills, steep ones  The roads dept keeps putting cones and street closed signs on our 2 side streets. We keep driving around them. Can't get in the garage otherwise.

i'm jealous LOT. I want a beer now too.


was just chatting with a friend and we decided we just want to regress back to late teens/early 20's.
part of the problem is that we never were that wild at that age (i was far more mature then than i am now)
we want sex and drugs and rock n' roll.
the rock we can do.
the sex we need to search for, and the drugs are a bit out of our realm.

maybe if i put up an ad on craigslist for help on the drugs part....

I hear ya. In my early 20's I had clearance to climb around on B-52's that were fully loaded with nuclear weapons.  No drugs for me.... My mid 20's  I was in college and to poor for anything. Drank some beer with friends but that was it.  Now I am pushing 50, been with the same person for 20 years and the rock I like is high school music!

creeps me out a bit.

reminds me of when I was little and we were in a pet store.  felt someone grab my hand. I turned and it was a monkey.  was totally creeped out.  (sorry, not nearly as grabbing a story as Rat's)    .

and what's with all this monkey talk today?
