Pain in the ass is putting it mildly. I prefer the drain, swap filter, refill vehicles.

I hate routine maintenance-I will notoriously not do it.
I laughed quite a bit when the procedure listed a 2x4 as one of the needed tools  [laugh]
I hate it too but I just run through it almost robotically at this point. Putting 60k a year on the commuter car as well as decent mileage on everything else just kinda gets you that way.

...
... so you can bang your head against the 2x4 when frustrated?  ;)

It was great meeting "The Dude" at long last.   She brought us some epic beer.

I own a bunch of things that are considered by many to be maintenance nightmares (Duc, VW, Audi and now KTM)
The others have been no problem, I expect the KTM will be overrated in terms of being a pain in the ass as well.

Quoted for posterity.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

perspective as the cold man says
everything in my life is abnormal and would be considered a pain in the ass by most, so it just has to stay near the curve

I hadn't done it yet on mine so I didn't know what was involved.
so I just looked it up  [laugh]

I need to start a thread asking what oil i should use if i never want to change it again  ;D

Good excuse to visit here, at oil change time we can both be frustrated at the same time.  [cheeky]

I got in trouble tonight.    :(  I taught the girls "milk, milk, lemonaide, around the corner fudge is made".

The wife and the first grade teacher didn't think it was funny.

evening...

am I actually older...

and that far out of the loop...

so as to not have any reference to Frank's rhyme?     [bang]
