I'm at Town Fair Tire getting 4 new Coopers put on my truck.  My "California" tires ain't gonna cut it driving through A New England winter...

I miss having my A4 Audi with 4 snows, made winter driving great until I had to get out of the vehicle.

I'm getting Cooper something or others...

I forget the exact model...  They're pretty chunky.  :D

My truck is only RWD so I needed something pretty aggressive to get me moving in the snow.  I'm keeping the old tires to change back to in the spring...

Too bad you needed them right away. tire rack.com used to have a deal where you could get them mounted on plain black steel wheel usually less than local guys could sell the tires.

worked great for me as it also ket the AL from getting nasty.

Have you been getting much snow?

Luckily, it warmed up and got rainy, so most of it melted, or I woulda been screwed.

my wife's Q5 has been awesome in the little bit we've actually been getting this winter
You can get some power oversteer going and as soon as you reduce the power, it snaps right back in line as if you never did anything silly.
