Disaster recovery planning continues. And I continue to be amazed by the lack of standardization.  [thumbsdown]

Plus they have decided that I am doing such a great job that they want to dump more responsibility on me. Less than a month to my 1 year anniversary here and if they tell me no when I ask for a raise at that day, I have the boss' approval to put in my notice at that point.

They claim they didn't negotiate raises in the contract. But that is their problem, not mine.

On another note, I am now involved in perhaps one of the coolest machining projects of my career.

so you will take them headstrong into the realm of sorting everything out and then leave tham hangin' like a guy getting shorted before climax in bed and leave them wanting to get back in bed with you, but for more money....nice....you whore! ;) ....tis all good though and I blame you not....I had to leverage a raise or few in my time also...so I understand completely!
