It shouldn't be too hard to get your plan to happen, Gomer is usually a breeder   ;D

rest assured I will be tracking down Gomer's progeny to do the work...

here is the quote to "test soil and spec the work"  not to actually DO the work..............that will be a whole different gouge

For 2500 bucks down here I could get Gomer's entire family to rebuild the entire thing from scratch....using real concrete piers no less....

this is a 6 foot extension/add-out to an existing room....

jack it up, dig out the stump, throw a large flat patio block at the bottom, drop in a concrete pier... shore it up. shim it up and pack down the soil....drop the jack and call it done

I'll write you up a plan for half that, and throw in the on-site supervisory time for free.  We can probably do the pre-bid with a conference call.   ;)

The staging is getting repossessed today.

Imagine the nerve of the owner...wanting to use it. [laugh]

It was actually a dead blow hammer. They go hand in hand with machining.

Gotta have something to beat on parts with.

once you make your hand strong enough, you can crush things with a blow from your fist.
Move onto the next finger once you can to make that one strong too  ;D
