Today's rendition of "Still in the wrong time zone" brings us the recollection of a fantastic meal served at one of the better places in scenic Baikonur.

I ordered, and arguably received some sort of chicken dish. The first two pieces were acceptable but the third was just this weird meatless mass of bone that I couldn't get any sort of sustenance off of. Pulling the skin off I was treated to a view of a row of ribs I just didn't need to ever see. I'm going to mentally tell myself it was some sort of deep friend prairie dog. What it actually was is anyone's guess.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.
