I thought I had eaten the last of it  . . . this was the regular flavored bacon, not the 'mapple whatever' smoked one I finished on a sandwich this morning . . . this was another pound of bacon . . .I didn't forget, now that I thinkaboutit, could have been that me wifey hid it to use it for something else?
