yeah, in the 1st interview they said they like to give everyone time to quit their current jobs and what not
...i didn't realize that meant EXACTLY 2 weeks time
MrFry's News Ticker:
*shifty eyes* someone's been reporting bad news-->Fry-Cycles to offer baked, broiled & deep fried options as well .....My Little Pony still in style.....House NOT destroyed in motorcycle gang's takeover!.....DMF: where the cool kids hang out........

what would you have done with the time, if you did arrange for a week off between jobs?

MrFryMoto

RELAXE!

...and probably work on some projects

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

i've only ever used 2 point and shoot... the sony cybershot is small, takes a nice picture and is really easy to use.
get one with a lithium rechargeable battery, and a viewfinder. if you are in the sun, you can't always see the display...

i have to disagree....
get one that uses AA batteries. then buy the rechargeable kind of AA
makes it a lot easier to get new batteries when they die on you by surprise
If you drive the nicest car in the neighborhood, work in a cash business, and don't pay taxes, you're either a preacher or a drug dealer...

today was HOT!!
luckily, i spent the whole day body surfing.
hope tomorrow is cooler. gonna go for a ride
did i mention i dont miss my job, at all?

being retired is excellent

Good day riding!  Been a couple good days riding, lots of good roads and just a little rain trouble.

the lithium batteries last WaY longer... i have 2 for my point and shoot.
digital camera's go through AA batteries really fast.
i have 2 for my D50, and they lasted without recharging while on a 10-day, vacation to motoGP and yosemite.
and i think if you are going to be taking lots of pictures buying AA batteries is really wasteful...

Working tomorrow...    :'(

Have fun in Jersey.  I've only seen the bits from the highway on the way to somewhere else but I hear the shore is great.
