There is no scenario in which brussel sprouts are good.

Not even if they are served on nude super models.

I do my sprouts similar to this. Instead of halving them, I shred them or slice thin and skip the stock. Saute in olive oil and add bacon!

brussels are in fact, one of my favorites - i could eat them just steamed with salt & pepper

Ok, I am back left for a little while while the F1 was on . ..  I am tired from watching . . .

Now, get a shower and to the supermarket it is . .  to get some brussel sprouts to make them sauted in bacon fat with gaaaalic and pepper and a dash of soy sauce !!!

Lots of water!

I've been busy.  New living room & bathroom paint, replacin an old and noisy exhaust fan in the master bath(nightmare thanks to shortcuts a some point in the past)  running new network cables since we switched providers and the modem is in a new location.  No motorcycling for me the whole holiday!
