Yes and they throw "summary plan description" links at you left and right and their websites

If you want the full description with the fine print you have to make a special request for that

no easy clickable links for that steaming, stinking turd of theft and abandonment documentation
This is an insult to the Pez community

reminds me of my trip to the dentist a few weeks ago. They informed me that I did not have any insurance. My work was taking out the money, but forgot to turn in the paperwork.  [roll]

Our account did it. After a software upgrade, she did not notice that the taxes, etc were not taken out of our last pay checks. On a mileage check she even misspelled my last name!
