Nate, you'd appreciate this.
Here's part of the sequence I was pregnant doging about.
I hate it because I prefer "As simple as possible, as complex as necessary" and this doesn't fit that saying.

DISCHARGE AIR TEMPERATURE CONTROL:
The DDC system shall continuously monitor the position of all terminal box dampers and hot
water reheat coil valves in zones associated with the air handling unit. The BMS shall reset the
supply air discharge temperature between a minimum of 55°F and a maximum of 65°F
(adjustable). When all reheat control valves are at least partially open, the DDC system shall
reset the supply air temperature upwards. When all terminal box dampers are at least partially
closed, the supply air static pressure set point shall be reset downwards. If at least one (1)
terminal box damper is fully open and is calling for further cooling, the supply air static pressure
set point shall be reset toward its design value. If the supply air static pressure reaches its design
value and a zone is still calling for additional cooling, the supply air temperature shall be reset
down toward its design value of 55 °F (adjustable).
HUMIDITY CONTROL:
The system humidifier shall be controlled by the return air duct humidity sensor. The humidifier
control valves shall be interlocked with the supply fan to be closed when the supply fan is off.
Each humidifier control valve shall modulate open to maintain the space relative set point 30%.
DE-HUMIDIFICATION CONTROL:
When any space humidity sensor exceeds the humidity set point by more than 3% and the
humidifier valves have been closed for 10 minutes (adjustable), the discharge temperature set
point shall be reset down to 50° F.

Lets see some more of that. That sounds like as mess...

That is the worst of it but I'll leave you with another part of it that would be working along with the part I posted before.
The other fun trick is that I try to make everything as stand alone as possible and this requires more control over network than I like with the particular product being used in this instance.
Oh, the sequence also refers to a warmup and a cooldown mode but never defines them.

UNIT ON MODE:
When the unit is enabled and after the return air damper end switch is proven, the supply fan
shall start. The supply fan shall ramp up via its variable frequency drive to maintain the supply
duct pressure set point. The set point shall be determined during the testing and balancing
process (initial set point shall be 0.75” W.C.) until a final value is determined through testing and
balancing). The DDC system shall continuously monitor the position of all terminal box dampers
and shall reset the supply duct static pressure set point. When all terminal box dampers are at
least partially closed, the supply air static pressure set point shall be reset downwards. If at least
one (1) terminal box damper is fully open and is calling for further cooling, the supply air static
pressure set point shall be reset toward its design value.

I'm assuming a control of some sort is making all these adjustments and this is a description of what is going on.

I hope these are not operating instructions.

STELLA

those rubber bands that come on stalks of broccoli are perfect for the growler caps. Mouse pads too. If all else fails, then use vice grips. Don't ask me how I know all of this!  [beer]

I had some friends over for happy hour tonight. First guests as a single person. My little condo looks different!  Living with half suits me.

Stella

Will remember the rubber band trick for the smaller mouthed growlers M, thanks!

This one though is a very wide mouth.  My smaller mitts just couldn't get a grip on the too right cap.  However R just got home.  The softer side of the Prius didn't completely take his manhood and he got it open.
