Making myself a very very delicious chorizo/steak sammich . . . some red onion, green/red/yellow peppers, tomatoe, NO lettuce and my prepped bbq sauce with some horseradish instead of mustard . . . see ya in a while . .

Sounds good Carlos!

Just watched a couple old Top Gears.  One was a fail compilation, the other a winter Olympics with cars.  Absolutely hilarious.  

Wife and I are considering starting a blog.  Maybe a pair of linked ones.

it was good . . . the chorizos were 3 leftover from Saturday . . . each one a diff variety . .  smoked, culantro and sicilian . . .
