Heard back from my bosses on my request for a raise.  It'll come in two parts, half now and half at the end of the fiscal year, and just scrapes the bottom of what I was looking for.  On one hand, I'm elated that I'm going to be making a bunch more money, but on the other hand I'm disappointed I didn't get more of what I was asking for.

There are worse problems in the world, to be certain.
