I'm not sensitive . . .been sort of supervising electrical work going on in grandmother's apartment, replace breaker panel, re-wire kitchen, replace wall outlets, was told fridge will need either an expensive repair or replacement[I lean towards replacement], microwave must go, range must go . . .water heater must go . . .

Will spend the whole of July in MI, with no means of transportation, just my pair of sneakers, must come back straight to Panama, to then go to Miami at least a week[no vacation, very stressful trip always] and see how the hell I do to bring her down here !!!
