a quick hello .  .  .

needed to take a break, now, planning lunch .. .  simmered in bratwurst then seared in garlic 'bacon butter' with mash potatoes with the same 'bacon butter', green salad and a beer for lunch . . . missus informed, she will be joining some colleagues from work to exchange ideas on many things accompanied by drinks . .. that means, I will  go for a ride/dinner[no alcohol]  . . .

evening . . .
no internet @ home, enjoying an order of wings, spicy asian flavor, these will be followed by  “bbq sampler“  4ribs, 1 pork chop, 1steak, 1sausage, personally replaces chocken breast for another steak, sides are cole slaw and baked potatoe with “all“ toppings, to drink,  iced tea

I'll making Panang Curry of Fillet Mignon(had some scraps).

Roasted my first green coffe beans today. Best coffe I have EVER had! More details in the Coffee bean thread.

I just made two sandwiches. Corned Beef and Bologna with a sauce I made from mayo, brown mustard and a healthy sized dollop of ghost pepper sauce.

it is a restaurant a few mile from my house

not prime cuts or anything fancy, all thse for about $22 nclufong tip and a nicer ride back home through  the forest, very very carwfully

There are two in the brooder and two still in the incubator drying off.

I have a pic of the first, but...

I'll take more pics when they're all in the brooder.

Right now I'm more concerned with the unhatched eggs...

it's been a long hatch.

So far they've all  hatched on their own, and that's best.
