Back to trying to tune the carburetors on my 280Z.  After a minor adjustment, it nearly left me stranded.  Just check the pilot screws, and they had some buildup on them.  Looks like I'm going to re-check all the jets to be sure they're clean.

Back from some testing runs & various fueling adjustments.

1. Nearly didn't make it back home on a test (mixture went stupid rich if more than 10% throttle applied)

2.  Stopped for fuel & Made some poor guy jump & duck for cover (overly rich condition led to a serious, think 12-guage shotgun report) backfire.

3.  Leaving a stoplight gave me two options. A)  Sputter, bog, valve clatter etc and barely get up to speed or B)  Leave it sideways with lots of tire screeching.  

From this...  Main circuit is great.  I might need to clean up the pilot circuit though  :D
