I like the idea, just a bit too small.

The last house we had in the Santa Monica's was 950sq ft, and another 200 sqft would have been perfect for us.

i'll agree that it's a little too small, but... it might make a great vacation home for 2  [thumbsup]

starting to feel better - the pop rocks sound going on in my lungs has stopped :)
the coughing has also slowed down, which is great because my ribs can't take much more of it
