yeah, we closed in the ends yesterday.
Need to save up money for shingles and this isn't the ideal time of year for them to set correctly now anyway

what a weekend....freaking cold rolling in....went for a 3.5 mile run and felt some soreness in my back which after a shower and some errands, the pain got progressively worse to the point that dolci had to call for an ambulance to pick me up because I was doubled over about to cry and pale and green in the face ....the good about that is that I got right into the ER triage for treatment whereas if I had walked into the ER, I would have sat in the waiting room writhing in pain until I got called to be looked at....after an IV and some drugs to dull the pain...I got my 1st CT scan ever....come to find out the time sitting and waiting that I was going to be missing the evening 5K race I was signed up for, which is a fun and festive event running in a state park in the dark under all the holiday lights in their full blaze of glory.....Dr informs me that I have a 4mm kidney stone....too small to do sonic or laser crushing, but that it should pass relatively easily...he guesses that at 41 and this being my 1st and my relative good health, he won't be expecting to hear from me too often about this issue, but that once I capture the pebble, I should have a urologist figure out what it is made up of to figure the cause of it.....what a way to derail the weekend I tell you....spent yesterday drinking beer ( because it is a good diuretic and pain killer, if I was going to have any-pain that is) and straining my pee looking for a pebble in whole or parts...

Morning.  It is cold here.  So cold my bus (dual battery equipped) wouldn't even start, had to take the spare.  I guess the mechanic will finally take my complaints about a it turning over slow and having difficulty starting when cold seriously.

Concert was great, Thanksgiving with the family yesterday was good too.  Another Thanksgiving on Thursday with the in-laws.

thanks for the well wishes ladies....damn fruity pebbles!...one of my friends called me a prospector and another recommended I get a litter box to pee my pebble into....so humor still is functioning...
