our CSIs are really putting the shoulder into it . . . they have good leads and it seems the laptop, was chipped . .. 

I didn't know about the chip, so, that means I will have to have a talk with the owner . . . me NO likey when I am being "tracked"  and I am supposed to be a "trusty" person, I understand about the equipment, but, I should have known about it
