Lunch: fried red snapper with white rice and lentils with garden salad and a brownie for dessert
Dinner: Seabass filet w/garlic-culantro sauce, "torrejitas de maiz"[corn fritters, semi sweet], garden salad[again] . . .
No beer due to 'special cocktail' . . .

I was going to say you have too much music but I bet if you wait a little while the iPod Classic will probably have 300 gigs or so. But if you get the Touch i could face time with you.

Morning, without water since yesterday @ 1700h here at house; general water shut off tiday and tomorrow due ti water plant maitenance

morning....getting ready to go out and run 8 miles on the C&O towpath trail. It is currently 19 degrees out with a windchill to make it 1 degree out. Oh, and I haven't run in almost 2 weeks because of the kidney stone issue with removal and all that stent nonsense. Gotta get back to it!

On a plane to "nawlins".   For one night.

was a tough run....a few inches of sort of packed snow with a layer of ice underneath it settled on frozen ground....was very glad to have my YakTrax Pro's on for sure....I ended up doing 7 instead of 8, because the conditions were such that it was like running on beach sand and therefore kinda felt more like I did 10....wasn't too bad though!
