MoreNing.   [coffee]

So that's who stole my hour and half of sleep.   :P

Drinking a caffeinated beverage for the first time in a couple years......that's how sleepy I feel.  Dizzy spells be damned.

Morning/evening.

So I slept most of the night.   [clap]

Probably shouldn't clap too loudly. Don't want to wake Tedward in case he's snoozing again. Poor guy.

Lack of sleep is the suck.  Constant lack of sleep is REALLY the big suck.

And it's not like I don't try.  Have a few changes in the works here to help get more.  In the meantime, here's a reminder why it's so important (overstating the obvious, I realize):

One thing I learned just last week to keep from waking up in the middle of the night feeling so hungry that I'm nauseous:  eat protein.  As in a few tablespoons of almond butter or some lunch meat (bacon?!) right before I go to bed.  That has helped!

I too, have been not sleeping all night. I have been off the sleeping pills since the new year. A ton of stress in the past few weeks has me waking up at about 0400. Sucks.

Every third night or so, I sleep for 9 hours.

I guess I should start packing. I'm supposed to leave today to head for pdx.

I also need to figure out where I'm stopping for the night along the way...Adventure! [thumbsup]

I will be taking a bunch of photos tomorrow.  The beast is finally done as I can't seem to find much more than a few bits left to muck with.  When all you can think to buy next is a CF key guard.....

That being said she will actually be "done' when I pony up for some BST wheels and some Ohlins tubes up front.  Those two bits will be a year or two out though as I have spent more than enough money on it for this year.  Gotta focus on my aircraft carrier  [thumbsup]
