damn, carlos, you do eat a lot for brekkie. I think you're using "healthy" as in "a generous amount of..."

installing faucets today at ye olde apartment.  hopefully it goes w/o incident, but I'm not holding my breath

during the week is mostly like that . . maybe minus either bacon or steak . .. or sometimes steak minus bacon & eggs . . . but mostly, I do eat a big breakfast at home and then at work I just eat something lite like a bowl of cereal with yogurt or 2 empanadas. . .

the ones I get are usually made with corn flour and ground beef or pork . .  At times I get a cheese one and a meat one . . .

All this talk about food made me hungry, time to prep lunch

But found a nice 2lbs pork loin and some "tortillas" Panamanian cornflour patties like the arepas . . .some green salad some freshly prepared sangria, from scratch, and DQ ice cream sandwich for dessert . .
