Well just to walk thru the door it cost me $80 (40/ea).

Kennel cough, fecal exam, and some other yearly shot (not rabies).

It's just once a year, so it really isn't bad.

Cold morning.  Yesterday we started the day at 60ºF.  By the time the track meet started it was 40ºF and dropping.  Then the wind picked up.  They had to cancel the meet halfway through because of the 40MPH+ wind gust and the constant 20MPH wind that put the wind chill below freezing.  It even blew down some trees & the practice goal post.  Crazy weather.

Scrambled eggs w/ shredded ham and cheddar scrambled in for brekki.  It was quite good.

2 hour delay for the schools today.

Drove Zeke in the P/U.

The roads aren't great.

Time to head up to the house for 2nd coat. After that dries I have to do the closets and the bathroom.

Getting closer to the top of the hill.   :P

Dave, that sounds like a reasonable price for all that work.

My pups have to go in for their yearly exam and shots and that is going to set me back $200.

I sent them to the same exam  . . about the same cost here . ..

...and windy...

this one just won't give up.

I mean it's always still winter in March, but temps from lows of 0 to highs in the low 20s are not typical March weather.

correct...

right now it's 12 degrees with a steady 15 mph wind with gusts to 25...wind chill of -4 at 15 mph.

supposed to be below 0 overnight with similar winds...you can almost hear the chunks of wood rattling up the chimney... :P

Sort of angry at parts provider . . . Since importing batteries has become a REAL PITA, we're having to locally source them. . . It takes 48hrs for me to receive the order, warehouse, is 5 mins  by foot, but, they dont do walk ins.

Gonna go get some lunch, meatballs with rice&lentils with a side of coleslaw and iced tea . .  Eessert, vanilla ice cream cone, all of this for $3.50

Why don't you just put a few in stock?

You're a dealer...can't make people wait for a battery. [roll]

but what if it's an OE battery they want? surely it's worth the wait  ;)

*I would have had to pre-order OE shoes when my rear went bad on the monster... went with michelin because that's what they had

:edit: though, I suppose in that sitch they were able to sell me two tires instead of one

Ducati doesn't make batteries...and Carlos has already said they have to use what's available locally due to import restrictions.

I just don't understand why they wait for individual units.
