I worked last night and my kids decided it would be a great idea to wake me at 6am.....on a good night I get 3-4hrs pain free sleep but hey....i'm ugly and no amount of sleep will cure that!  ;)

The snow is frozen like a glacier...no shoveling possible.

The latter two are a daily occurrence...just chores.

I will be washing the acid residue off the slab today.

arrived at shop . . .

loaded my phone's SD card with music and it's very loud; I've having a hard time sleeping the past few weeks, including the cruise and feel at wits end with my temper, the real reason I am using public transportation is because I don't turst myself either riding or driving . . . I feel that stressed, I have even dissamsembled my gun and have all over the house . . . this is the other reason no pain meds, cause I am taking neuro-whatsoever meds to try calm me down, I am sleeping avg 2 full hours/night . . . 60mg diazepam don't cut it that's all the sleep I get . . .

now, back to regular duties/shores in the shop  [coffee]
