Ning.    The new job is good. On Sunday nights I find myself wishing it were Monday morning already so I could go to work 

My first year has raises build in each quarter based on how many days a week I am teaching and how quickly I get signed off to teach the new classes. Let us say that I am highly motivated to hit those goals.

In my life, I've always found - and maybe I just got lucky, I dunno - I've always found that when one door closes....  a better one opens.

Up at 0530 each day. At work by 0730, and home just after 1630 or before!  No more 40 mile round trip drive. 6 miles each day. When the weather clears up I will ride my bicycle.

I work with adults that treat each other like adults, and we are allowed to use our brains and make decisions without asking permission. It is nice.

Opened C's HP Touchsmart up, it's an all-in-one and it would not power on.  After removing the HDD and the ODD, I was finally able to get the rear housing off.  All that was wrong?  The outer plastic power button simply was not making contact with the switch on the circuit board.

Off to the dentist in a few.  Then, I've got a tire to mount!
