they can come, they can count . . . but, once they start asking silly dumb questions, I might have gone off like that

Having my second breakfast . . . Fruit Muesli with fruit yogurt . . . at home I had some ribeye steak with eggs and toast and , this was at 0430h

I am on my third cup of coffee. No food yet.  I have the morning off. Thinking about walking to work. It is a little over 3 miles.

grilled rib eye steaks with sauted green beans with white & red onions and green, red and yellow bell peppers with a butter/balsamic/honey sauce . . . Dessert, a slice of chocolate fudge cake my wife made last night . . .

yeah, I don't have hairy feet . . .

no the schedule is like this:

Main breakfast 0420h-0445h > heavy
Second brekkie 0830h-0845h >  obowl of cereal with yogurt
Mid-morning snack 1030h > sandwich, usually sweet/salt
Lunch 1230h-1330h > medium-heavy
Afternoon snack 1530h > fruit
Dinner NO later than 1930h, usually light on carbs > some kind of protein, meat, pork or fish/seafood, veggies
Before bed snack 2200h, usually a glass of milk with a few cookies or slice of cake or just a plain glass of milk

that's it . . . that's all . . .

a little bit. if I don't, it upsets my stomach... the crackers are enough to make that not happen

not enough for me . . . when I'm taking meds,  I tend to eat a lot of breads

I heart breads. almost as much as cheese ^_^

most meds don't bother me, but the cymbalta messes w/my stomach

Ok, the only med I take without any food is cough syrup

I hear taking it with some whiskey helps
