yeah, I'm not a huge fan of top cases on their own.  but their sport saddlebags don't lock, and the rest are really styled more for cruisers

:edit: this is the nicest looking saddlebag they carry:

how about a couple small hard cases?  ala TourTech or similar?

edit: I see they only make cases for the Multi.   [thumbsdown]

A search on the net yielded picts of Givi hard cases on the hyper.

Couldn't find anything on their site though.   :-\

really? in all my searching I've never found anything

:edit: apparently, Ducati Bellevue makes (or made?) a kit to mount givis... which would explain why it's not on givi's site

I've got Cortech soft bags for my Monster.  Unfortunately I can't find a picture of Molly with everything mounted, here are a couple pictures, one of the top case, one of the side bags.  Might give you an idea.

I also have a Cortech tankbag with optional coffee carrier:

the thing I don't like about soft bags are the lack of locks... I am not trusting enough to leave my unsecured stuff on the bike while I'm at work

the_Journeyman

That is a downside to the soft bags, you can lock the double zipper pulls together, but as you know, that's just an honest man's lock.

You're far more trusting than I am. I don't even ride mine to work! I'm a teacher in a suburb with... How shall I say it, less than secure parking and interesting clientele.

To be honest, I'd not have confidence that the bike wouldn't be stolen, knocked over by some ham fisted individual, or damaged some other way.

I'm a middle school teacher, and I ride to work a lot.  I'm actually surprise mines not be knocked over by curious kids or ones that I have pissed off one way or another.  Probably helps that I park right beside the principal  [laugh]

That's one way to do it! ðŸ'ðŸ'

I also find that I have too much gear to take to work. A motorbike just doesn't work for me. Also, it probably sounds funny, but I really hate my bike being out in the weather. Always have.

What subjects do you teach JM?
