OK, salad eaten . . . was not bad, I finally decided on a Balsamic Vinegar/Honey/Onion sauteed in butter dressing for the salad and salmon . . .

also, since I had gotten used to having been swept under the rug, today was more shocking than anything.  kinda hard to explain when I'm not really allowed to explain, if that makes sense
