hey Carlos, drove something interesting yesterday and by drove I mean romped the hell out of it and left behind a few hundred miles of tire tread on the road in a few a spots

had dinner . ..  pork sirloin filled with mushrooms, garlic, onions, culantro with balsamic vinegar, soy sauce scotch whisky, black pepper, cayenne pepper and honey with mashed potatoes with the peel . . yes, I added  [bacon]
