Morning all from the land of tomorrow, even though here it's today!

The salmon sounds great Carlos. My bro and I were chatting a while back that if you visit down under and stay at his place, you'd give him a list of what to purchase from the supermarket.

I corrected my bro in the folly of his thinking. I told him that you'd be filling the shopping trolley/cart yourself. Lol!

And then, there'd be the preparation and cooking! Lol!

So DP, not red tape to generate cash and nanny the owner but genuine standards for good reason. Fair enough!

Yeah...

NH is not much like Cali or any of the more populated states.

It's my belief that people bring that sort of stuff on themselves anyway.

I've been finding Oregon has been working for me. It's funny because about 40% of the people I talk to here have moved from California at some point.

I think that Cal has become a hard place to live in the last few decades.

until they start wanting the things they had where they came from.

Evening . . .

Morning . . .

Preparing the beef and pork for tomorrow's family BBQ in honour of my BIL's #50 and missus # ??? . . .

The menu:

Pork sirloin filled with garlic cloves, culantro; skirt steak in a dry rub of garlic, coffee, cacao, cayenne pepper; honey/lemon glazed pork chops; for greens we have: filled peppers with mashed potatoe, roasted red and yellow onions and grilled eggplant . . .

Agreed.  Hate it when people try to make places like the place they left.  If it was that great, why did you leave?!!!
