that was dinner . .. it had salmon in it . . . no starchy foods at night . .  already lost 10lbs in 4 weeks . . still need to loose 20lbs more to be at 200lbs . . .

Evening 22.15 and just finished work for the day.

Up at 06:00 to head for NSW in the morning.

Needless to say... I wont be here late.

This Xmas break will be soooooooo sweet.  Gotta buy myself the traditional summer's evening bottle of Bombay Sapphire...........

I only had to work till 8pm so not too bad.

May get a bottle of lagavulin or laphroig or maybe cragganmore for Xmas.  Or lash out and try some lark.

Depends on the time of day.....  nobody else on the road, I can be at Tullamarine in not much more than 2 hours.....    Count on three in traffic.

But I'm not headed to Sin City....  Off to regional SE NSW, can fly with a local charter operation.... but it gets messy....  So I'm driving... 'bout 5 hours go to whoa.

And its about an hour past Time I Wasn't.
