No. unless something is severed I give it a couple days before I'm willing to visit the doc.  There is a small knot in my bicep that is either a tear or just a pulled muscle.  I'm banking on the pulled muscle, that was the hand my camera was in and I was trying to hold the camera up and away.  It still got covered in mud but still works.  I think it will be ok but will take a week or so to be normal again.
