yesterday was my first taste of an all day rain and high humidity . .. with some electrical storms . . . leg responded well . . . today. it's gonna be better . . .

what I meant was that the leg responded well but, it was very uncomfortable . .  see, translating Spanish to English at times is real hard work . . .

maybe what I was trying to say was, "didn't feel the pain I was told I might feel, but still, was not as always before the accident" . . .

Your English is excellent, and I know you dont "translate"...once you get to be as fluent as you are, you just think/write in English.

Thank you . . . for the English of mine  . . . but the idea of either, staying with a limp if current meds don't help muscle/ligament stretch or going under the knife to fix it . . . has me a little on the dark side . . .

I can speak 2 languages fluently, 1 with 70~80% fluency, understand Italian, about 70% and understand French 40% . . . weird uh?

Perspective

I like collecting languages... but I'm no more than get-by-able in any of em.

I'm kinda the same way. I'm much better at reading and getting a general idea of what the sentence says based on Latin roots and such.  I know enough Spanish to survive in a Spanish speaking country, however, my wife is fluent in French, even lived there a while.  I pick up a little of the language from her.

I once new an Argentine guy, he had an Italian wife.  She spoke Italian, he spoke Spanish... they seemed to understand each other just fine.  So many similarities, its not surprising you entiendo Italiano.

I tried.  But I just can't do French.  

Germanic languages seem to come more easily to me.  I'm almost fluent in English, I get by in German and (uselessly) my Swedish is pretty good.

Tambien ablo un poco Espanol, pero esta muy mal.  You should be my tutor.

And.... here's the really most useless one.... I can speak ksat Hebrew.

I'm completely fluent is shite talk.
