I have a tank with a few liters for that purpose . . .

Issue with broken mains is that the road is not designed for heavy equipme t traffic . . . but as in a lawless country, lot of heavy equipme t drive by and break the mains or at times crews from electricity company break the mains while repairing an idiot's crash on a pole
