Would have showed up sooner, but I was playing with the dog. She must attack her frog toy for at least 20 minutes each morning. Then she goes back to sleep.

Yesterday my neighbor yelled at her to shut up. I locked us out and had to wait for someone to come out. He is big, 300 pounds big, smelly, and goes out to smoke a lot. She barked once at him.

Lucy barks. Not a lot, but enough so that I worry about it. She always stops after 2 or 3 barks. Noise in the hall sets her off.

I was nice at first when I talked to him. He was being a dick and I asked him not to. that really set him off. Asshole. There are 2 of the big guys in 600ish sq ft. The are LOUD. One of them drinks too much and I often wake up to the sounds of hacking and barfing on the weekends.

I have not said a word. I won't. The dude does not need to act like a third grader.
