I get up at 0430 during the week, try to get to bed around 930 pm. I have not been sleeping well, so it was great to sleep in. Totally unexpected. Should have set the alarm.

I woke up at 8 and was supposed to be 60 miles south by 0900. Left the house at 0834! Record time getting ready and walking the Lucy dog.

Going in to the office at 0900 tomorrow. Test run of the new computer system before teaching on Monday. Should not take more then half and hour.

Mary, I wake up everyday at 0400h and Saturdays at 0500h . ..  can't sleep before 2230h . ..

I try to get to bed by 2130, but it is more like 2200. It has been too hot to sleep. Weekends, no alarm, awake by 0600 usually.

Before I started working I could sleep in until about 0800h . . . now, automatically no later than 0630h I am up

You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Just make sure you don't contract Industrial Disease.

Evening.  I go to bed when the boy does.  Wake up when he's hungry, repeat until daylight or so.  It's about as much sleep as I got anyway.  I've been an insomniac for years!
