If I were charged with making the worst customer experience possible, I don't think I could do a better job than United.  It's like they a deliberating trying to ruin your day.  Sadists.

Sitting in on a coworkers class today.  It is day 2 of the asbestos building inspector class.

Going to be a 45 hour week.  I did learn that the new overlords pay OT to salaried workers if we exceed 50  hours in a week.  [thumbsup]

Is that the torx with the post in the middle?  I don't have any of those but have several Allen wrenches setup that way.
