Never heard of the pepperoncini (assume what gives pepperoni it spiciness). But garlic/onion (and ginger) habanero paste sounds good

This one is deceptive, nice and sweet at first (well for me anyway, wife said as soon as the little tiny drop on the cracker with cheese hit her tongue it felt like a hot poker was put there). Then you have your second cracker with the jam and triple cream brie, and each subsequent bit, the heat continues to grow for the next 5 minutes or so.
Goes fantastic with vege dumplings also.  [drool]

Then the stickiness of the jam like consistency means it has stuck to your lips/roof of your mouth and odd spots all around your mouth. So as you breathe you keep getting hits.
