It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Found a motionless bat on the floor at a local warehouse grocer. The clerk & I scooped it into a box not knowing if it was dead or not. As it was being scooped with a flat piece of cardboard it started to move, so the dead or alive question was settled, but not the sick question. We went outside with it and carried the box to a shady area next to the store wall. By the time we found a good spot and I looked inside, the bat had found his preferred upside down position by hanging on to the edge of the box. I used the flat piece of cardboard to cover him up leaving a gap at the other end of the box.

And that is about it. I took my shoulder butt & loaf of bread home, and took care of a few things there like feeding the dog, making coffee, and fixing ravioli with sausage.

Did you get bit?

Are we only going to see you posting between sunset and sunrise, or from the darkness of your dungeon?

Or was is so important to save the life of this chiroptera because it is kin to you?

Have you been bit before?  Have we found the reason behind your hatred of MoreNings?

No bites, but I wanted to save the poor creature because it might have been one of Bat Man's minions and could possibly have an important role in fighting crime and saving Gotham City.

Plus I do not want to have that conversation in a dark alley with batman about why I let one of his minions get run over by the wheel of a store cart loaded with 150 lbs full of stuff when i could have saved him.

Cause you know...having those conversations with Batman is kind of scary and stuff.

Been a lazy Saturday here.  Little done except hauling trash and a Walmart visit.
