It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

I just ran out of propane. [bang]
When that happens I just chuck some Oak in the smoker and treat it as a grill.

Might not be a good idea with the grill.

Nor do I have a pile of oak.

Oak is usually 3ft away, another tank is a 12 minute trip to the store and back.

Why I don't have a pile of oak or why it would not be a good idea to start a fire in a grill that I would like to continue to use for many more years?

The concept of a gas grill is abhorsnt to Carlos. He assumes you have a grill that takes wood/Charcoal
