If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Here.  Catching up on news. Seattle had a bad wreck on one of our bridges. 4 dead and over 50 injured. 2 tour buses hit each other.

Makes sitting in traffic weather seem like a breeze. I was a few miles south of there teaching today.
