Been four weeks now with no booze.  Finally got through the blaise mini-depression crap that came with it.  Started taking a vitamin B complex to help things out.  Three days now on that and am feeling much more like my 'old self' (not that anyone here remembers that  [laugh] ).

I'm up and at work starting my day with some coffee & a scone (b'fast for this homie).

Oh, and I got accepted into Penn State yesterday!   [thumbsup]  Gonna finish up my degree finally...  [popcorn]

[thumbsup] on all of this!

Resent my "show me the money I fairly earned" proposal to my boss with the original message attached.   Still no response.   [bang]

In other news....  coffee is tasty this morning.

Meeting with a friend shortly who runs a start up to pick her brain on how to interview, trends....blah blah....
Would love to go back to school though but not in the cards yet.

Have a 'ningy day everyone!

I'm pursuing a Bachelor degree in Business Management.  Last time I was in school, I was majoring in Physics (I wanted to teach).

Thanks all!  Since I never took *any* of my education seriously, I had my doubts that they would even accept me as a student.

If anyone is also on FB, I got off of it in December so I could devote my time to my studies.  (and get used to not being on FB...)

Now if I was making sense I would get the Kawasaki DR650

But nooo I want something fancier.

Now Mary, she's making sense. Ung he's making sense, But not me.  ;D

I think I need a Hyper Motard because I need all that to ride on a dirt road. Meanwhile there's a Honda Kawasaki Dealer about a mile from my house just packed with off road bikes. But do I ever go in there? Oh No Not Me. I want a Ducati because the Nearest Dalership is either in Portland or Sacramento.

Good for you man. [thumbsup] Are they giving you any credits for your original courses/life experience?

Yes, but I don't know just yet how much.  I had about 85 hours in before my 2 decade hiatus, we'll see what's left...

I take this will be an online endeavor?

They are some of the most balanced bikes out there IMO. The weight isn't that noticeable.

Not too bad to pick up a boxer-they don't fall all the way over.

Indeed.  Turns out, the University of Phoenix (which may or may not be accredited for your field of study) was MORE expensive than Penn State.  [rolls eyes]

That's because they are profit driven.

The education bubble is coming, IMO. Too much money in it right now.

Won't affect me.  The company has a 100% reimbursement policy so long as you get a 'B' in the class...  [evil]
