It's a start . . . 2kgs since last I weighted myself about, 2 weeks ago ??? Not sure when, but, musta been round a week before blood tests . . .

Since stepson is now living with us, once he arrives from work, we're going to groceries store, not my liking going after 1200h since veggies and meat have been sitting there since at least 0500h . . . I like going early NO later than 0900h so I get most fresh meats in general and veggies . . . and some other stuff ;D

MorNing guys  [coffee]  Today is the Fall Fisherman's Festival. My office is at the docks. One of my co-workers and I are volunteering for a few hours this morning. I might get to tour the Time Bandit.
